DREW: Everybody from Whip It still texts and e-mails—we’re real friends. I’ll walk in my kitchen, and I’ll find her and Alia Shawkat eating vegetables, and I’m like, “Good evening, ladies!”
ELLEN: Shawkat’s become one of my best friends—she’s literally one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. I just feel so lucky. The family that stemmed out of this is unbelievable. A lot of the time, you shoot a movie, and then you’ll e-mail once in a while, but I feel like now I have long-lasting friendships.
